We work in 5 shifts and have operators, senior operators and technicians working together to fabricate Photonic Chips. Being able and willing to work accurately, having an eye for detail and operating the machines correctly are very important. After acceptance, you will receive a good training period and the time to make the profession your own. We invest in our people to develop them further for the future.
Therefore, we are looking for people who want to continue working with us for a long time.
