Multi Media Data QA & AI Administrator

Working Hours: 38 hours Monday-Friday, with 2 hours on Saturday

Reports To: Manager, TV Harvesting

About the Role:

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented AI Data Analyst & Administrator residing in the area of Eindhoven-The Netherlands, to join our team. In this role, you will work with AI tools such as ChatGPT on automation, labeling and categorization of television advertisements, generate and analyze reports, and ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency. You will work with our in-house tools to streamline processes and improve quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a valid EU-working permit, will be analytical, critical, and able to refine workflows for optimal performance while maintaining maximum quality.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Ad Familiarization & Categorization: Review television ads, determine the brand and product being promoted, and categorize the ads according to a predefined list.

●     Report Creation & Analysis: Utilize our in-house tools to generate detailed reports. Analyze ad data to identify trends and optimize workflows.

●     Data Extraction & Optimization: Create AI prompts to automatically extract relevant data from ads and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the labeling process.

●     Quality Assurance: Conduct regular QA checks on AI-generated outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy in the data.

●     Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance workflows, optimize AI outputs, and refine categorization strategies.

●     Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our R&D team to develop and enhance product features based on data insights.

●     Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of trends in adtech and martech to ensure our product offerings remain competitive and innovative.

●     Demonstrates the ability to receive feedback constructively and exercise sound judgment in deciding whether and how to implement it effectively.

●     Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

●     Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree with a strong foundation in data, analytics, digital media, and technology

●     You have excellent reading and writing skills in English (Minimal B2 level), proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.

●     Proficiency in ElasticSearch, Kibana, or similar experience in data reporting and analysis is a plus

●     Experienced in working with MS-Office package, specifically MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

●     Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive process improvements.

●     Ability to quickly learn and work with in-house tools and systems.

●     Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is an advantage.

●     High attention to detail with a focus on data quality and consistency.

Desirable Skills:

●     Experience in the media, advertising, or related fields.

●     Ability to write and refine AI prompts to ensure high-quality outputs.

●     Knowledge of data analytics and optimization best practices.
