  • Drive Improvement: Collaborate with R&D to provide customer feedback for product improvements and help maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Be On-the-Go: Travel regularly (domestically and internationally) to support our global clients.
  • During off travel times: Be part of the customer support team, making sure that the customer documentations are up to date, participating in tech and pre-sales activities.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related) or equivalent experience
  • Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (including reading schematics and technical drawings, assessing and modifying production lines to the needs of our system).
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
  • A self-starter's mentality, balancing independence with teamwork.
  • Experience with high-speed production lines in the packaging industry is a PLUS
  • Experience with industrial coding equipment in the packaging industry is a PLUS
