Familiar tech, novel applications: Microsoft 365 for neurodivergence support
With all eyes on generative AI and large language models, we sometimes overlook the potential of our existing technology stack. Yet the tools we already use offer significant opportunities to improve equity, productivity and engagement for neurodivergent employees.
Whether you are neurodivergent yourself, a leader or simply interested in neurodiversity, join this session to explore how commonly used Microsoft 365 tools can be applied to better support neurodivergent ways of working.
About Renee:

I am a neuropsychologist with 14 years of experience working in large multinational organizations. Throughout my career, I have led diversity and inclusion initiatives with a strong focus on attracting and supporting neurodivergent talent, building deep expertise in neuroinclusion best practices.
This work has led to speaking engagements at conferences and the facilitation of workshops in corporate environments. Combining my lived experience as a neurodivergent individual with a scientific background, I bring compelling, action-oriented stories that translate insight into practical impact.
